Ultima II is the modern successor of Revlon’s Ultima Precious Cream product, which was marketed in the United States beginning in 1959. The Ultima II brand has evidently been around since about 1960, and was such a significant success for Revlon that company owner Ronald Perelman even named his luxury yacht Ultima III in keeping with the product line’s nomenclature.

Oddly, Ultima II isn’t sold in North America anymore; it was actually discontinued there in 2001, a casualty of Revlon’s decision to remove its counters from department stores. In like manner, the product was discontinued in Europe in 2008. However, it is still available in Hong Kong and Indonesia.
